Natureloise is a lifestyle blog that focuses on green living. I focus on real talk as well as product reviews. My aim is to inspire people. To share my favorite green beauty picks alongside all my favorite second hand, ethical and/or sustainable fashion items!

I want to inspire people to be themselves. Take care of themselves. Love who they are and be proud of who they are.

I have suffered with depression. I still get anxiety. I am struggling with PCOS and going through the process of having my ADHD diagnosed. I want to normalize mental health talk and hopefully help others get through what I have overcome!

I hope that my articles make you happy, I hope you can relate, learn something and be inspired.

I started my blog when I was pregnant with my firstborn. I started to become very conscious of what I was putting into my body as well as onto my skin. I then discovered an entirely new world of the green living, which led me to become even more open-minded. I became very conscious of everything. Becoming a mother has inspired me to save our planet so that my children and their children get to enjoy it for the beauty that it is.

I was a profesional breastfeeder, 5 years straight no breaks, two babies + tandem fed I am very proud I think its one of my greatest achievments as a mother other than giving birth! All of it was difficult but I am here to tell the tales to help inspire new mums.

One day I would like to travel this wonderful planet with my babies.

I thrive on learning new things, I rarely watch television because I would rather learn something new. I'm so curious about everything and though I can talk a lot (and I mean a lot, a lot!) I am a very good listener.

I love to exercise my body and dance is a huge passion of mine and I am finally living my dream of being a dancer teacher, I also love yoga and meditation and I believe both have inspired my soul work. I am passionate about all things witchy! Some would say I am a crystal hoarder lol but I really do NEED them all. Spirituality is a huge part of my self care practice and has healed me just as much as therapy! In fact both combined have been incredible.

 
I have celiac disease and multiple allergies which has lead me to a healthier diet. But I do miss all the gluten biscuits *sad face*. I like to eat intuitivly and don't give myself to many rules around diet. Im an 80% wholefoods gal that allows myself that 20% for induldging sometimes thats cake, buscuits & a greasy take out. Sometimes that pre cooked/pre packed meals because I am having a busy season! The less restrictions I place on myself the healthier my choices become.
