HOME MADE BURGERS


Possibly one of my favorite dinners! Again super easy and the healthiest way to enjoy naughty foods.

500g organic mince
1 onion red or brown
1 egg white (optional)
some potatoes either sweet or white
lettuce, tomato and cheese for topping
spices of choice for fries seasoning

In a mixing bowl add your mince, chopped onion and egg white. Form into burger shapes either 3 extra fat juicy ones or 6 smaller ones. If they're big i slow cook them for 50 minutes in the oven on 150 degrees so they are tender, if they are small I cook them for 25 minutes on 180 degrees. Cook your home made fries however you wish I use the oven or tefal actifry!
