NUTTY CRUNCH BITES | RAW | REFINED SUGAR FREE

If you like peanut butter, chocolate and lets say snickers, or reese's peanut butter cups, you are going to devour these little bites of delight.
I've been playing around with this recipe to create the perfect taste, I wanted it to be 100% raw, tasty of course but to also have health benefits. It tastes so good all my friends and family don't believe they are actually healthy.

Before I give you the recipe, the wonderful Amanda Bootes is holding #letsgetfoodiechallenge and this month she is raising awareness for the sick children trust charity and as I am partaking in the challenge I wanted to also raise awareness. Please check out the website and if you can please make a donation that would be beautiful the work they do is truly amazing.

RECIPE|
bottom layer|
2tbsp raw organic coconut oil
3tbsp raw organic cacao powder
3tbsp raw organic crunchy peanut butter
4tbsp raw organic agave
top layer|
1tbsp raw organic coconut oil
1tsp maca powder
2 tbsp raw organic almond butter
2tbsp raw organic agave

In two separate bowls, combine and mix all ingredients place the bottom layer into a lined baking tray, freeze for half an hour, add the top layer and freeze for half an hour or until completely solid. Once solidified cut into chunks throw into a jar and refreeze.

Do not leave them out the freezer or they will melt and go soft. You can eat them from frozen or leave them to go soft! Enjoy.
