Green smoothies are something most of us LOVE or HATE. I personally LOVE them and I believe that even a strong green smoothie hater is going to LOVE this Super green smoothie, your taste buds as well as your gut that is... It seams like a lot of effort because it has a lot of ingredients but I can assure you as a SUPER busy mama I manage to make this weekly. Its perfect for morning wake me ups as well as afternoon pick me ups!
What you'll need:
3 small apples
2 stalks of kale
2 stalks celery
1 lemon
1 lime
150ml water or coconut water
1 small avocado
1 lump of ginger
2 Tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp moringa
1/2 tsp wheat grass
1 sachet of VITL super greens
I am lucky enough to own a vitamix, but this can be done in a juicer or any high-ish speed blender. If you do use a juicer you won't need to add so much water (if any). Super easy just chop and chuck it in to blend! Enjoy X
