Here is a quick review on some products i have recently finished.
LIZ EARLE CLEANSE AND POLISH
Ive been using this product for over 6 months and I love it, its gentle yet effective, if I religiously use it morning and night I notice a massive difference! If like me you have oily/combination skin I recommend using it a couple of times a week with a facial brush to help unblock oily pores. My boyfriends mum introduced me to Liz earle products, she swears by them at age 42 she looks about 20! We often get mistaken for sisters.
KINGFISHER BAKING SODA FLUORIDE FREE TOOTHPASTE
I've been using kingfisher toothpastes for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend, they're priced well costing the same amount or less than common brands. Why I love it so much is that it is fluoride free, fluoride is actually bad for your teeth so why use a toothpaste that contains it? This month we tried the baking soda one which was really great for whitening, the only problem I have is that my gums are very sensitive and some days it would cause a slight irritation. However my boyfriend had no problem using it and would highly recommend it as a whitening toothpaste.
100% PURE COCONUT HAND CREAM
This has been my number one for the past 2 and half years, it smells divine, its 100% natural, protects my hands from the bitter cold and over washing the skin! Also helps keep my nails strong. And surprisingly you don't need to apply a huge amount for it to be effective. 100% pure have a wide range of other beautifully scented hand creams that you can try!
LIZ EARLE ORANGE FLOWER BODY WASH
My favourite body wash ever, it smells beautiful and bubbles well! And with its naturally active ingredients does wonders for the skin, chemical free is how I like my showers and this is the perfect product for the job. The scent is really uplifting and in winter reminds me of spring/summer. A little of this product goes a long way! I suffer with dry skin and sometimes spots on my back the organic oats in this product helps keep them at bay.
