STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE| Really simple I love milkshakes but they're full of calories and fat (unhealthy fats) so I decided to create a non fattening 100% natural milkshake that will benefit your health rather than destroying it.
1 half of an avocado
15 strawberries
200ml almond milk
Blend all together in a blender sometimes I add a teaspoon of maca powder to thicken and add a malty taste. Its also a good energy booster!
TIP: Pour mixture into ice lolly holders and freeze and enjoy on a hot summers day!
