Hi guys. So my new blog is now one month old. Very happy with the amount of positive feedback I have received along with the amount of unique page views I've had! I really enjoy inspiring others and helping guide you into a healthier lifestyle. It's taken me a long time to get to a good place with writing and reading and my blog has really helped with my confidence. I have received many great opportunities and I hope there are more to come. I try to base post's on things that people have asked me for advice on or things I see people struggling with as well as thing's I am learning about and want to teach others.
